Kristie Smith

Yearning to flex her entrepreneurial muscles, Kristie Smith left her corporate marketing job in 2003 and founded the Indy Homes Team. Kristie enjoys doing real estate differently! Her team’s foundation is built by practicing evidence-based real estate:  data-driven strategies using the latest research, market statistics and technology. Kristie is a product development specialist – developing partnerships with her clients to create marketable homes at prices that will sell. Kristie hails from Indianapolis where she lives with her husband of 20 years. They are foodies who enjoy entertaining, travel and outdoor adventures.

Peter Chabris

Peter is Team Leader for The Chabris Group, Cincinnati’s #1 sales team as well as the #1 sales team in Keller Williams’ Ohio Valley Region. In 2018 the sales group sold 230 units for $60M in volume. In 2018, Peter launch Keller Wiliams Seven Hills Realty, which became one of the top 10 listing offices in the City of Cincinnati within 3 months’ of launch. Peter is a MAPS Mastery Coach, wrote the MAPS Group Coaching program on systemizing highly referable customer experiences, and is a Keller Williams University International Master Faculty Member. He is also an investor in KWUK’s newest market center, Keller Williams London Bridge, where he helps train, coach and recruit. Peter lives in Cincinnati with his wife and two children.

Brent Conley

Brent has closed over 2,700 homes and about 18,000 from owning multiple brokerages for 10 years. He is licenced In AZ and CA and formerly in Colorado. Brent Conley started Solutions Real Estate in Arizona 2008 built the company to 320 agents in AZ and Sold Solutions AZ two years ago to C21. 

He also was a pioneer in independent expansion teams when he opened Solutions RE and brought it to San Diego in 2010. They grew to 100 agents out of the Carlsbad office.

Seychelle Van Poole

Seychelle Van Poole, a native Texan, married into her now Michigan family. She has been named 30 under 30 for NAR, co-authored the book Recipe for Success with Jack Canfield and is a national speaker and real estate trainer. Having been with Keller Williams since 2004, Van Poole Properties Group has sold over 2,500 homes in Texas and is known for giving white glove service to their clients in Dallas, Fort Worth (and surrounding suburbs) and Austin. Most of her team's business is by referral and that's a tribute to the longevity of the relationships they build with both their team members and clients. Jason Matt

​Jason has been a licensed Realtor since 2000 and has extensive experience in the area of client relations & team management. He currently runs The Jason Matt Team based out of Plymouth, Michigan which closed over 30 million in 2018. Jason’s primary area of expertise is working with sellers along with their families to meet and exceed their various real estate needs. In addition to his real estate license, Jason has two years of study in finance with the University of Michigan and holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Phoenix in Business. Prior to entering the real estate industry Jason worked as a Project Manager within the automotive and telecommunications industries.

Lori Ballen

Erick Monzo

Real Estate came naturally to Erick. Two of his grandparents were Realtors in Macomb County and his father is a residential investor. At age 19, Erick caught the bug and have been doing deals ever since. One property at a time, Erick built a large block of turn-key rental properties based primarily in Macomb County. In 2004, Erick decided to get a leg up on other investors and get his Realtors license. The business came easily for him considering he has been around it his whole life. One deal led to another and before Erick knew it, HUD was offering him a contract to market homes. Traverse City is also accessible by Ferry (well, sort of) if you are coming from Wisconsin. The S.S. Badger is the way to go. From Manitowoc, Wisconsin, you can board the S.S. Badger carferry and enjoy a relaxing four hour cruise to Ludington, MI. 

Finally, Traverse City is less than a 6 hour drive from the following major cities:

Traverse City is located in the desirable (and gorgeous) area of northern Michigan and is often referred to as the "Caribbean of the north" during Michigan's Summer months. Getting to Northern Michigan is EASY! With many non-stop and one-stop flights arriving and departing from every corner of the United States, travel by way of Traverse City's Cherry Capital Airport is CONVENIENT. Northern Michigan’s regional airport – Cherry Capital (TVC) is serviced by American, Delta, and United.  Attendees may also want to consider flight options to Grand Rapids International Airport (GRR) as this may offer more non-stop solutions. Once you land in Grand Rapids, MI you will have just under a 2.5 hour drive from Grand Rapids to Traverse City.
